Refund policy

Returns Period: We offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. You may return items for a refund if you change your mind, provided they meet the strict conditions below.

Conditions of Return: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in a saleable condition:

  1. Unopened: The product must remain in its original, sealed packaging.

  2. Unused: The product must not have been tested, pumped, or used in any way.

  3. Resellable: The exterior packaging must be undamaged.

Hygiene Exclusion: Due to strict health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics, skincare, or haircare products if the hygiene seal has been broken or the product has been opened. These items are exempt from the right to cancel once opened, unless the item is confirmed as faulty.

Return Postage: For non-faulty returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return postage costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in the post.

How to Initiate a Return: Please email info@anasbeautyparlour.co.uk to notify us of your return. Please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • The name of the item(s) you wish to return

We will provide you with the correct returns address and further instructions.

Refund Process: Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email.

  • Please include your Order Number and a clear photograph of the damage or fault.

  • For genuine faults or damages incurred in transit, we will provide a pre-paid return label and issue a full replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Authorised Stockist Guarantee: Ana’s Beauty Parlour is a fully authorised stockist for all professional brands sold on this website. All inventory is sourced directly from official UK distributors, guaranteeing 100% authenticity. We do not sell grey market, diverted, or short-dated stock.

2. Strict Prohibition of Resale: Products sold on this website are supplied strictly for personal consumer use only.

  • No Commercial Resale: The purchase of products for the purpose of resale, on third-party marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon) or otherwise, is strictly prohibited.

  • Order Limits: We monitor order frequency and quantities. We reserve the right to cancel any order, without prior notice, that appears to be for unauthorised wholesale or commercial purposes.

  • Account Suspension: Any customer found to be diverting professional stock will have their account permanently suspended and may be reported to the relevant brand protection agencies.
